I’d been interested in BJJ for quite a while when a friend suggested we try a session at Clarity. From the moment Coach Mark began to explain his philosophies I knew we were in the right place. His passion for not only Jiu Jitsu but also teaching radiated around the mat. The difference Clarity has made in my life is significant. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines various martial arts disciplines, including striking and grappling techniques such as Kickboxing, BJJ, Judo, and Wrestling. In a typical class, participants learn and practicestriking techniques such as punches and kicks and how to combine these with grappling techniques through drills, pad work and partner exercises
