New to Jiu Jitsu? Start with a Beginners BJJ Induction class — Mon & Wed at 5:30pm or Sat at 10:45am. Women’s Only Beginners runs every Saturday at 8:30am. Register here and we’ll be in touch before your first session.
Open Mat
Free Drilling & Sparring Time
Open mat sessions are unstructured — come to drill, flow roll, or work on whatever you need. Open to all members.

Beginners BJJ Induction
Structured for complete newcomers. Small groups, no experience needed. You’ll learn movement, posture, and foundational control in a guided, supportive environment.
No-Gi All Levels
Grappling without the gi — the most practical expression of Jiu Jitsu for MMA and real world self defence. Open to everyone from beginners who’ve completed their induction through to advanced practitioners.
Gi All Levels
Traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the gi. Develops grip work, patience, and technical precision. All levels welcome.
No-Gi Advanced
Higher-intensity sessions for experienced practitioners. Assumes a solid foundation of technique and live sparring experience.
No-Gi BJJ / MMA Lab
Primarily a No-Gi session, the Lab is designed to develop one of the most overlooked skills in martial arts — the ability to coach yourself. Rather than following directed instruction, students assess their own game, identify genuine gaps, and take deliberate steps to address them. The coach is present throughout to help when you can’t figure something out on your own. Sessions typically conclude with sparring rounds.
Women’s Only No-Gi Beginners
A dedicated Saturday morning session for women new to Jiu Jitsu. The same quality coaching in a comfortable, women-only environment.
Strength & Conditioning
Functional fitness built for grapplers — strength, mobility, and athleticism that carries directly onto the mats. Open to all members.
Yoga – Slow Restorative
A Wednesday morning slow flow designed for recovery, breath, and mobility. Complements hard training weeks and stands on its own as a wellness practice.
