Three students who show genuine dedication during the trial will be offered discounted training for the following 12 months. This isn’t a draw. It’s earned.
Clarity Training Scholarship
At the end of the trial period, we’ll extend a 12-month discounted membership offer to three students who demonstrate what we look for in a long-term training partner: consistency, coachability, and genuine effort on and off the mats. Talent isn’t the filter — character is.

Personal coaching that actually lands
Beginner induction classes are capped at six — so if you’re new, you get real individual attention from day one. All Levels classes are open and high-energy. Either way, you’re coached by the head coach, not handed off to an assistant.

We don’t teach tradition for tradition’s sake. Classes are built around constraint-led learning, live resistance, and ecological practice — modern pedagogy applied to a physical skill. You progress faster and understand why.
A clear pathway — whatever your level
Never trained? There’s a structured induction pathway built for you. Returning after a break? You’ll fit straight into All Levels classes. Either way, you train with the right people at the right pace from day one.
Stress relief with a skill attached
Jiu Jitsu is one of the most researched forms of active stress management. It demands your full presence — which means whatever’s on your mind during exam season doesn’t survive the warmup.
Safe, clean, ego-free
We take hygiene seriously — injury and skin infection rates are genuinely low because we enforce strict mat standards. The culture is equally deliberate: respect isn’t optional here, it’s the starting point.
More than just grappling
Your two weeks includes access to the weights area alongside all your mat sessions. If you continue after the trial, your membership opens up Yoga, Mobility, Strength & Conditioning, MMA, and discounted sauna and ice bath access.

Your first session,
step by step
No surprises. Here’s exactly what happens when you walk in.

1Arrive in activewear — no uniform needed
Just clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We’ll sort out any gear if and when you need it. Nothing to buy before your first session.

2Quick intro to the space
A walkthrough so you know where everything is — the mats, the weights, the showers, the sauna. Comfortable before anything else.

3A structured, active class — not a lecture
Guided movement games, drills, and fundamental skills. More doing, less watching. You’ll be surprised how much you pick up in 60 minutes.

4You’ll understand why you’re learning what you’re learning
Context is built into every session. We don’t just show you things and ask you to copy — you’ll understand the logic behind the movement from the start.

5Leave with a clear picture of what’s next
You’ll finish knowing exactly what your second session looks like, what you’ll be building on, and what the pathway ahead looks like if you want to continue.

Your two weeks can begin any time during the mid-year break. Just make sure both weeks are complete by 26 July. Bring your student ID to the first session.
Show up and train
New to Jiu Jitsu? Start with Beginners BJJ Induction — Mon & Wed 5:30pm or Sat 10:45am. Trained before? Jump straight into No-Gi All Levels — multiple sessions across the week. Women’s Only Sat 8:30am is also available.
